Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Reception is 24 hours. However, late check in request after 20:00 is subject to a PHP 300 fee.

Azure Urban Resort Residences is a private property and allows only confirmed guests to enter and stay. For this, please contact us via email, SMS or call using the property contact information and send the following :

1. Full names of all guests included in your booking.
2. Your email address where we can send your entry pass.
3. A working mobile number for coordination.

Please also inform us beforehand if you will be paying in cash or credit/debit card upon arrival. Please note that all credit/debit payments are to be done online via a link we will send you during check in time. All payments will be made in Philippine Peso.

Please also be aware that the property has 11 towers and may quickly confuse you. Therefore, it is essential for you to provide valid contact details for us to assist you upon arrival.

For any nonrefundable booking, please email us within 24 hours after booking online with your booking reference number. Full balance needs to be transferred to us through the following channels:

1. Online self-checkout payment (Paymongo/PayPal) - Accepts credit/debit cards. Paymongo also accepts 7Eleven, M Lhullier, Cebuana Lhullier and Coins.ph payments.

2. Bank transfer - our account details will be sent to you in the reply (first contact). For overseas customers who are unable to perform a bank transfer, you may opt to remit via remittance centers available in your country.
