Das Landgut Le Favate in Terradura wurde Anfang des 17. Jh. entlang einer alten Salzstraße erbaut. Nach einer aufwändigen Sanierung ist es nunmehr seit vielen Jahren ein Urlaubsparadies für Ruhe- und Natursuchende inmitten eines alten Olivenhains mit 10.000 Bäumen.
Das Landgut umfasst ca. 50 ha Fläche. Darauf verstreut befinden sich vier Gebäude, in denen Ferienwohnungen, Gästezimmer, eine hauseigene Kapelle und ein Restaurant (derzeit geschlossen) untergebracht sind. Ein großer Pool mit Blick auf ein üppig grünes Tal, Wein- und Gemüsegärten machen das süditalienische Urlaubsflair perfekt. Etwas abseits auf dem Grundstück finden Sie die ebenfalls aus dem 17. Jh. stammende alte Ölmühle am Fluss La Fiumarella.

Das Wohnhaus Il Casone beherbergt im Obergeschoss vier hübsche Ferienwohnungen, die sich jeweils über zwei Ebenen erstrecken und ähnlich ausgestattet sind. Es liegt ca. 150 m vom Haupthaus und dem Pool entfernt.

Auf der ersten Ebene dieses Appartements befinden sich die Wohnküche, das Bad sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. In der oberen Etage sind zwei weitere Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett; 2 Einzelbetten) sowie ein separates Gäste-WC zu finden.
Jede Ferienwohnung in Il Casone verfügt über eine möblierte Terrasse mit Panoramablick.

Country estate Le Favate at Terradura was erected at the beginning of the 17th century along an old salt road. The elaborately renovated estate has for many years now been a holiday paradise for those seeking peace and quiet and nature, a paradise in the midst of an ancient olive grove, which is home to roundabout 10,000 trees.
The estate covers about 50 ha. The four buildings scattered across the grounds house holiday apartments, guest rooms, a chapel and a restaurant (currently closed). A large pool with a view of a lush green valley, vineyards and vegetable gardens top off the Southern Italian holiday atmosphere. A bit apart on the property lies the old, 17th century oil mill on the river La Fiumarella.
APARTMENTS FOR 4 AND 6 PERSONS AT IL CASONE
Il Casone is located about 150 m from the main building and the pool. Its 4 lovely holiday apartments cover 2 floors each (1st/2nd floor) and are similar in furnishing.
WHAT AWAITS YOU AT THE APARTMENT FOR 6 PERSONS?
The lower floor of the apartment includes the kitchen-living-dining room, a bathroom (shower/bidet/WC) and a twin bedroom. The two other bedrooms (double bed; twin beds) as well as a half bath are found on the upper floor.
The apartment also features: WiFi, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer.
Each apartment at Il Casone has got a furnished terrace with panoramic view.
A washing machine can be used for a fee. Parking is available on the premises.
A LARGE POOL FOR RELAXING
The 7 m x 15 m pool near the main building is shared by all the guests of the country estate.
When vacationing at Le Favate, enjoy what the green surroundings offer: Stroll through the shady, centuries-old olive groves down to the river, the natural boundary of the property, or go for hikes into the surrounding mountains and enjoy fantastic panoramic views.
