Die Sicherheit unserer Gäste hat für uns oberste Priorität. Deshalb haben wir einen Kohlenmonoxidmelder, einen Feuerlöscher, einen Erste-Hilfe-Kasten und einen Rauchmelder installiert und medizinische und polizeiliche Notfallkontakte bereitgestellt.
Diese Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Santo Domingo, nicht weit von beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Columbus-Leuchtturm, dem Nationalpalast und der Malecon-Promenade entfernt. Mit ihrer erstklassigen Lage, modernen Annehmlichkeiten und luxuriösen Ausstattung ist diese Wohnung der perfekte Ort, um sich während Ihres Aufenthalts in Santo Domingo wie zu Hause zu fühlen.
House Rules
1. Host or building management must provide photo of official Id before check-in.
2. Keep apartment door closed, no unnecessary noise, loud music or loud voices on balcony. Quiet hours after 10:00 Pm Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 Pm on Friday and Saturday.
3. No gatherings inside or outside apartment, parties, recordings or events, (0 fine) and automatic cancellation.
4. No smoking in common areas including rooftop and elevator ( fine) except on balcony. Fyi, marijuana is prohibited in the Dominican Republic and can be punished with a fine or jail time.
5. Turn off all air conditioning and lights when not in use or not in the apartment (0 fine or repair bill if air conditioners are left on when not in the apartment).
6. Building Amenities: Available to guests staying 3 days or more. Appropriate attire is required, including shoes, sportswear, and swimwear, no alcoholic beverages or loud music allowed. Dry off before leaving the rooftop terrace. Guests who do not follow the rules will not be allowed to use it afterward.
7. Check out before 11:00 Am, without written authorization. Failure to return keys or parking remote will be considered a late check out and will be fined a minimum of per hour.
8. Tampering with security cameras outside the apartment will result in automatic cancellation.
9. Damaged or stained towels will incur a dollar charge. Towels cannot be used to clean the floor or placed on the floor.
10. Monthly renter will be responsible for the electric bill. A 0 Usd deposit may be required prior to check in.
11. As an Airbnb, we do not offer hotel services. Technicians and staff must be scheduled and the guest must be there. On weekends and holidays, staff and technicians have limited availability.
12. Trash must be taken out via the fire escape in zip-lock bags prior to pick-up time: Monday through Friday at 10:00 or 15:00 hours and Saturdays at 10:00 hours. Do Not deposit trash after those hours or overnight, there will be a Usd charge.
I am always available via phone or the app. There is also a crew and a concierge for any help needed.
Guest access all the apartment, and the building garage. Guests that stay 3 or more days also have access to the amenities, including the pool, gym and terrace.
