Der zwischen Amalfi und Praiano gelegene Küstenort Conca dei Marini ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die schönsten Ecken der Costiera Amalfitana zu entdecken. Auf 120 m ü.d.M. bietet sich hier abseits der großen Touristenströme ein spektakuläres Panorama. Berühmtheiten der Amalfiküste wie Positano, Ravello und Amalfi liegen nur wenige Kilometer entfernt.
Den nächsten Strand erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten bequem mit dem Bus. Sportliche steigen die 600 Stufen zum Strand hinab; sie beginnen direkt unterhalb des Hauses, in dem sich Il Bougainville und 2 weitere Ferienwohnungen befinden.

Die etwa 130 m² große, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung Il Bougainville erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. In den Gängen wurden zum Teil noch die ursprünglichen Steinwände erhalten.
Der eigene Zugang zur Ferienwohnung ist eine kleine Stufengasse, die auf die weitläufige, etwa 50 m² große Terrasse führt. Auf diesem reizvollen, über und über mit Bougainville bewachsenen Platz können Sie es sich auf stilvollen Holz- und Rattanmöbeln gemütlich machen und die herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer und die Küstenlandschaft genießen.
Von der Terrasse aus gelangen Sie in die Essküche. Vom Wohn-/Esszimmer mit großem Esstisch zum gemütlichen Speisen in versammelter Runde haben Sie ebenfalls Zugang zur Terrasse.
In Il Bougainville gibt es insgesamt 2 Doppel- und 2 Einzelzimmer. Ein Einzelzimmer mit eigenem Bad liegt in der unteren Etage. Die weiteren Schlafzimmer finden sich in der oberen Etage. Eines der Doppelschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes (halbes)Bad. Ein weiteres Bad ist u.a. mit Duschkabine ausgestattet. Das andere Doppelschlafzimmer besitzt einen etwa 20 m² großen Meerblickbalkon mit Weinpergola, perfekt für einen ersten Blick auf die Schönheiten der Amalfiküste gleich nach dem Aufstehen.
PARKEN: Ihr Auto können Sie auf einem reservierten Parkplatz etwa 50 m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt parken.

The small coastal town of Conca dei Marini, located between Amalfi and Praiano, is an ideal starting point for a discovery tour of the most beautiful spots on the Costiera Amalfitana. At 120 m a.s.l. and off the beaten tourist tracks, you meet with spectacular panoramic views. Yet the Amalfi Coast 'celebrities' Positano, Ravello and Amalfi are only a few kilometers off.
The nearest beach is easily and quickly reached by bus. Should you feel/be fit enough – the 600-step path down to the beach starts below the house Il Bougainville and two other holiday apartments are located in.
FANTASTIC SEA VIEW FROM THE APARTMENT
Il Bougainville's tastefully furnished ca. 130 m² cover 2 floors. In the hallways the original stone walls have been partly preserved.
The apartment's private access is a small, terraced alley which takes you to the spacious, ca. 50 m² terrace. It is a charming spot adorned by bougainvillea, with tasteful wooden and rattan furniture to relax on and enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and the coastal landscape.
Via the terrace you enter the apartment into the eat-in kitchen (incl. gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). The living-dining room, which is furnished with a large table you can gather round for meals, a sofa to relax on, SAT-TV and CD player with radio, lets you onto the terrace, too. A single bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower/WC/bidet) is also found on this floor.
The other three bedrooms of Il Bougainville, two doubles and a single, are found on the upper floor. One of the doubles has an en suite half-bath, but there is also a full bathroom (with shower). The other double opens onto a ca. 20 m² sea view balcony with vine-covered pergola, which is perfect for a first view of the beauties of the Amalfi Coast after getting up. Il Bougainville also features WiFi and washing machine.
PARKING: You can park your car in a reserved parking space about 50 m from the apartment.

The nearest shopping facilities and restaurants are about 250 m from the accommodation. There's a bus stop nearby (20 m off), where you can catch a bus to the beach and the center of Conca dei Marini.
Culinary delights – well, the Amalfi Coast has quite a lot to offer. If you want to gain insight into the world of the Amalfi lemon, for example, you can do so at Restaurant Le Bontà del Capo at Conca dei Marini. From Monday to Saturday, you can take part in a guided Lemon Tour, make your own limoncello and enjoy a delicious 3-course meal based on lemons.
Discover the beauties of the Amalfi Coast while vacationing at Il Bougainville. Nearby and easy to reach wonders of nature are Grotto dello Smeraldo, a sea grotto with spectacular stalagmite formations, and Fiordo del Furore, a natural harbor and the setting of numerous movies.
