Das Apartment befindet sich im vierten Stock eines Gebäudes mit Aufzug und wurde kürzlich mit edlen Materialien renoviert, die Dimora Valle zusammen mit modernen Möbeln stilvoll und sehr komfortabel machen. Sie betreten direkt den Wohnbereich mit einem gemütlichen Sofa, einem Couchtisch aus Glas und einem Flachbildfernseher. Die Küche ist neu und voll ausgestattet und wird durch einen funktionalen Esstisch ergänzt. Wenn Sie den kleinen Flur überqueren, finden Sie rechts das Einzelschlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett, einem Nachttisch und einer Kommode und kurz danach das elegante Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das Apartment ist außerdem mit Klimaanlage, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Elektroherd, Haartrockner, WLAN und allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen, um maximalen Komfort zu gewährleisten und Ihren Aufenthalt in Verona wirklich besonders zu machen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer strategischen Gegend, nur 1 km vom Bahnhof Porta Nuova und 600 m von der Arena und allen wichtigsten kulturellen und historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Verona liegt an der Verkehrslinie zwischen Mailand und Venedig und hat daher eine ideale Lage, wenn Sie Städte wie Venedig, Mantua, Mailand und Bologna besuchen möchten (alle 30 Minuten fährt ein Zug). Abends können Sie auch die Zeit in den verschiedenen Restaurants und den charakteristischen Cafés der Stadt genießen.

La consegna delle chiavi si effettua presso l'ufficio dell'Agenzia, sito in Corso Castelvecchio n.25 dalle 15:00 fino alle 19.00.
Eventuali richieste di anticipo consegna dovranno essere segnalate all'Agenzia e verranno soddisfatte salvo disponibilità dell'immobile. Altrimenti potete lasciare le valigie nel nostro ufficio in orari di apertura.
Per i check-in oltre l'orario, l'Agenzia Dimore Verona si renderà disponibile alla consegna delle chiavi dell'immobile con un metodo alternativo gratuito ma senza assistenza del personale.
Oppure con un sovrapprezzo di € 30,00 fino alle 22:000 e di € 50,00 dalle 22:00 fino alle 00:00 per il servizio notturno.
E' vietato fumare.
Gli animali sono benvenuti massimo di taglia media su richiesta, € 25,00 a soggiorno.

The delivery of the keys takes place at our office located in Corso Castelvecchio n.25 from 3:00 Pm to 7:00 Pm. Requests of earlier delivery are subject to availability upon check-in. (will be satisfied if the apartment is already available. If not, guests can store their bags during office hours).
In case of late check-in, Dimore Verona Agency provides an alternative way to hand out the keys, that is free of charge but without the staff assistance.
Alternatively, with a surcharge of € 30,00 until 10:00 Pm and € 50,00 between 10:00 Pm and 0:00 Am for the night service.
Smoking is forbidden.
Pets are welcome up to size medium, on request at € 25 per stay.
