Das Studio befindet sich in einer brandneuen Residenz und ist komplett ausgestattet: WLAN, Klimaanlage, Geschirrspüler, TV …
Es verfügt über zwei Schrankbetten (Einzel- und Doppelbett) und bietet Platz für insgesamt drei Personen. Sie können den Raum in wenigen Minuten von einem gemütlichen Wohnbereich in ein Schlafzimmer verwandeln.
Das Studio befindet sich im 1. Stock und verfügt über einen Balkon mit teilweisem Meerblick.

Das Studio befindet sich in einem ruhigen Teil von Dobrota und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mehrere Strände mit zahlreichen reizvollen Restaurants sind nur 7 Gehminuten (350 m) entfernt und liegen entlang der Strandpromenade. Entlang der Küste können Sie Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die St.-Matthias-Kirche und das Boka-Aquarium bewundern. In der Nähe des Studios finden Sie den Supermarkt City Market, einen kleinen lokalen Laden und eine Bäckerei. Die Altstadt von Kotor erreichen Sie zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto (2,3 km).
Von Kotor aus erreichen Sie uns über die sogenannte „dritte Straße" (III. Straße): Biegen Sie rechts ab, wenn Sie von der Hauptstraße aus das Schild nach St. VraÄa sehen. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen in der Nähe sowie kostenlose Privatparkplätze in einem umzäunten Bereich mit Rampe zur Verfügung.

The apartment has wall (Murphy) beds. Only adults should use them. Please, keep children away.
ï¸ Bed linen and towels are included and changed with each shift. For stays longer than 10 days, they will be changed every 7 days.
ï¸ Please dispose the trash regularly.
âš¡ The apartment is designed for comfort without constant AC use. Use the AC as needed, but for energy efficiency and to reduce climate impact, please turn it off when you're not in the apartment. This applies to all devices (TV, computers, lighting, etc.).

Please do not use the apartment towels for the beach.
There is a large plant in the apartment. Please do not water it, as it needs very little water. Also, keep it indoors away from direct sunlight.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
Customers are responsible for their behavior inside the apartment and its surroundings. In case of any accident, they bear the consequences.
ï¸Bringing weapons, flammable, or explosive items is not allowed.
Guests must take care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartment. The host is not responsible for any loss.
ï¸ Please handle the apartment, furniture, and equipment with care. If any loss or damage occurs, notify the host. If it is due to the customer's fault, the customer must reimburse the cost.
When leaving the apartment, please turn off the air conditioner, stove, and other electrical appliances, and close all taps. Additionally, close all doors and windows to prevent damage from rain or wind.
