Occupancy
The condo accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. More than 2 person will pay ₱1000 for excess person. Please register all guests upon entry.
No Moving Of Furniture
• Permanent fixtures should not be moved like chairs and other stuff.
Do Not Litter
• Littering of cigarette butts/ leftover foods is strictly prohibited.
Damages
• Guests are responsible for any damage or its contents caused during their stay. Please report any damage to the attendant immediately.
• Breaking of plates, glasses, and cups: ₱100 Per Damaged Item. For other items, depending on the value of the damaged item.
• Stains on bedsheet, pillowcase, and curtains: ₱500 Per Stained Sheet.
No Smoking Inside
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please smoke in the designated area (parking area only) and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Lost Or Stolen Items:
• Keep an eye on your valuables. Make sure to check all belongings before leaving the condo. The unit is not responsible for any lost and stolen items.
• Please refrain from taking items owned by the unit. Please return it before leaving the property.
Cleaning Fee:
• Beyond normal mess, for instances like puke, guests should pay 1000 pesos.
By staying at this unit, guests agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
Failure to comply may result in eviction without a refund.
