Welcome to your lodging! In order to provide a pleasant stay for you and future guests, we kindly ask to collaborate and follow the rules below:
To avoid overloading the circuit breakers, please turn of at least 1 air conditioner (rooms) before using the washing and drying machines
Careful going up the stairs to the roof! Watch your head to avoid any collisions and grab unto the handrail, especially if wet, to avoid tripping
If you are leaving the apartment for more than 30 minutes, please turn of the air conditioners until you are back to decrease the electric consumption (quick reminder that electricity is billed separately)
Important: Please turn off all air conditioners before leaving when you check out! If this is not completed, you will be charged for the extra electricity consumption until maintenance and cleaning personnel arrive at the apartment.
