Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit Haartrockner und Warmwasserbereiter. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet ein Schlafsofa (ca. 2,5 m²) und einen Schminktisch. Das Apartment verfügt außerdem über einen Waschraum, ein Arbeitszimmer und eine Bibliothek. Genießen Sie die Annehmlichkeiten des Gebäudes, darunter einen gemeinsamen Außenpool, einen Fitnessraum und eine Gästelounge mit kostenlosem WLAN. Das Gebäude befindet sich in der Nähe von Restaurants und Cafés in und um Burgos Circle & Forbestown, nur 3 Gehminuten vom Supermarkt, dem Mind Museum, Einkaufszentren und anderen beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt und ist somit der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Aufenthalt in Fort BGC.

To allow smooth check-in process, I will need you to send me a copy of your Id and a list of your companions.
Security is quite strict in my building and guards will only allow registered guests. For security purposes, you will need to show your Id in order to receive the keys.
Extra persons after 2 guests are charged for a minimal fee per person/night. Children 3 years old and above will be considered as additional guests.
Check in and check out times are flexible but as a general rule, Check out should be by 11am (in case there is another guest arriving in the afternoon of the same day) and Check in is after 3pm (we need the time to clean the place and prepare it for your stay.) In such case, you will be informed.
Please be respectful of the space and all items in my home. Help Save Energy. Please turn off water taps, aircon, lights and unplug appliances when not in use.
Avoid throwing tissue paper, napkins or any other items inside the toilets to prevent any issues of clogging.
Kindly respect your neighbors and surroundings.
No parties. No heavy drinking. No screaming.
No pets allowed within the apartment to keep the surroundings fresh and clean.
Strictly No Smoking. 0 fee will be charged for violators depending on the severity of the odor.
Fees that may be charged against your security deposit include smoking violation fee, missing and damaged items including stained towels & torn linen and extra people undeclared upon booking. Kindly report any damages right away so that they can be promptly replaced.
A one time cleaning fee will be charged as I send a house helper to clean up and prepare the place for your stay. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves in between although maid service is available upon request for a fee.
Leave your shoes by the door to keep the floor clean.
Avoid eating in the bedrooms and leaving food lying around or the dishes unwashed to avoid infestation of ants and cockroaches.
Cleaning supplies, towels & beddings are provided. Additional beddings and towels are available inside the wardrobe.
If there's any issue that arises or anything you need, send me a message so we can work something out.
Please put all towels in the hamper, leave the electronic safe open, turn off lights/Aircon and throw your trash at the garbage chute upon checkout.
Kindly leave the place the way you found it.
