Special Attention ‼ï¸
A few very common mistakes by guests which I would need your attention to take note while staying at Manhattan Condo.
1. Only One parking lot allocated for each unit. Please Only park at the specific lot described in my check in procedure. Parking at the wrong parking lot will risk your car tyre being clamped by the management and a penalty of Rm100 will apply for relieve.
2. If you come in Two (2) cars, the second car shall register at the security to obtain a *visitor Parking* on a *first Come First Serve Basis*. If visitor parking lot are fully occupied, you will have to park outside of the condominium. Parking at non Visitor Parking may risk your car tyre being clamped by the management and a penalty of Rm100 will apply for relieve.
3. The third car onwards should park outside of the condominium.
4. Please bring a set of dry clothes to change after swimming session before entering the lift. No Wet Clothes inside the Lift. Rm100 Penalty Apply.
5. Do Not hang clothes on the glass at the balcony as this is defined by the management as spoiling the environment of Manhattan Condo. Rm100 Penalty may apply.
6. Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited in all apartment units, a penalty of Rm200 will apply if found smoking/vaping in the apartment unit
7. Pet Not Allowed. Penalty Rm200 will apply
8. Loss / damaged access card will have to pay penalty Rm150 per card
9. No Durian in the apartment
10. Quiet hours : 11pm - 7am
