Die Strände und das Stadtzentrum von Kapstadt sind nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt oder mit dem My City Bus erreichbar.

Please note that the perimeter fence is electrified and on at all times.
The house has a solar geyser, solar panels, a back up inverter with batteries. In case of a power outage the house will continue to operate as normal. We do however suggest that you avoid using high voltage appliances during such times, in order to prolong the battery life.
All exterior doors are fitted with slam lock security gates. You will find a set of these keys next to each gate on a hook on the wall, except for the front door and the garage gates, these keys are on your bunch of keys.

• Please do not park on undesignated spaces
• No unregistered guests/visitors allowed for sleep overs
• Please don't eat or drink in the bedroom.
• Do not take anything out of the apartment.
• Take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of R750.
• Report any damages and/or breakages immediately or before checkout.
