Acceptance of Terms
By Booking and paying, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these house rules.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 Pm | Check-out: 11:00 Am (rooms) / 12:00 Pm (entire house).
No early check-ins.
Additional guests not declared during check-in will be charged ₱1,000 per extra person.
Security deposit: ₱1,000 (refundable) / ₱1,000 per pet (refundable if no extra cleaning is needed).
Parking:
For parking spaces, we have free street parking right in front of the property and 1 indoor spot available. Both are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed.
If you'd prefer a guaranteed spot, the neighbor's gated paid parking offers 6 spaces for ₱200/night per vehicle. Reservation is required, and walk-ins depend on availability.
Note: While we provide parking options, we're not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle.
Cleanliness & Smoking Policy
Follow the "clean as you go" policy—extra cleaning fees of ₱600 per incident may apply.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas and not indoors.
Please do not use planters as ashtrays.
Quiet Hours & Events
Quiet hours: 10:00 Pm - 7:00 Am.
Noise complaints reported to local authorities may result in fines: ₱1,000 (1st offense), ₱3,000 (2nd), ₱5,000 (3rd).
No unauthorized events or parties in guest areas—contact our team for special arrangements.
Respecting the Property
Guests are responsible for damages caused by themselves, their children, or pets.
Any damage beyond repair will require full replacement cost.
Safety & Liability
Guests assume all risks during their stay; the property owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses.
Children and pets must be supervised at all times. Pets must be leashed outdoors.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
We require a P1,000 Refundable security deposit per pet.
Pets must wear diapers indoors (available for purchase if needed).
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not disturb others.
Amenities & Bar
Complimentary snacks/drinks are for in-house use only.
In-house bar: Guests must send a photo of items taken for accurate billing.
