On the ground floor, the house offers a spacious and bright living room opening directly onto the terrace, complete with a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings in any season. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, and dishwasher. A laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, and a separate toilet complete this level.



Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm), as well as a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet.
