The south-facing gîte "Le Mandaty" is located on the ground floor of a tastefully renovated old farmhouse including the owners' home upstairs and has a separate entrance. This comfortable accommodation, with exposed vaults, consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, relaxation area (with TV and DVD player); a double room ; three steps provide access to the bathroom and WC. Private and shaded outdoor space at the back of the gîte. Heating via pellet boiler and pellet stove in the living room. Private sheltered parking with a parking space in front of the gîte.
