Facing the Basque-Béarn Pyrenees mountain range, the Sarraude estate is nestled in the heart of a 36-hectare private, unspoiled natural property of woods and meadows, with various walking trails laid out just for you.



This independent cottage is a characterful house dating back to 1663, fully renovated, combining old-world charm with modern comforts.



Private swimming pool, open from 10 am to 10 pm during the warmer months (May to September, weather permitting). Unheated, salt-water, generously sized at 13m x 6m with a flat bottom 1.20m deep. Secured by a roller shutter.



On-site, the owners' residence and their equestrian center (10 horses) will not disturb your privacy (separate access).



On the ground floor:



- Well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer).



- Living room with a cozy wood-burning stove, smart TV with Orange TV channels and Netflix. Fiber optic Wi-Fi internet connection.

Upstairs:

Beds made upon arrival, towels provided. Cleaning fee: €80.

Oil heating is extra (€10/day flat rate). Firewood is extra.
