Located in Camélas, at the foot of the Aspres hills, Mas la Mouillère offers a serene setting for discovering a region where nature and history blend harmoniously. You can visit the Church of Saint Fructueux, a true example of pre-Romanesque architecture, or climb to the Chapel of Sant Martí de la Roca to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Canigou massif and the Roussillon plain. Just a few minutes away, the medieval village of Castelnou, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, invites you to stroll through its narrow streets, while Thuir and the Byrrh cellars offer a gourmet and cultural experience. And to complete your stay, the Mediterranean beaches are easily accessible in less than half an hour.



On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming open-plan living area encompassing the lounge and dining room, both equipped with a wood-burning stove, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner gas hob, kettle, toaster, filter coffee makers, and a Nespresso machine.



A WC completes this space.



Upstairs, two bedrooms await you, along with a bathroom with a shower and WC:

• Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed (180x200 cm) or 2 single beds (90x190 cm) + 1 single bed (90x190 cm)

• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140x190 cm)



On the second floor, a third bedroom with a sloping ceiling offers flexible sleeping arrangements:

• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) + 1 king-size bed (180x200 cm) (or 2 single beds (90x190 cm))

This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower and WC. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.



Outside, you can enjoy a shared, unfenced garden, a private terrace equipped with a griddle, and a shared 10x5m swimming pool (1.20m to 1.80m deep) and a 2m diameter wading pool (50cm deep), open from April 1st to October 30th, from 9am to 10pm. The owners also have three guest rooms. Two swing sets will delight younger children, and on-site parking makes your arrival easy. The cottage is attached to the owners' house.
