1. Footwear: Please do not wear shoes or slippers inside the apartment. We provide you pantuflas to maintain the cleanliness.
2. Elevators: Do not use them to transport cargo and it is forbidden to smoke or throw objects inside them.
3. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas.
4. Hallways: They are common areas, they cannot be used as an extension of the apartment or for meetings or repairs.
5. Delivery: The delivery people must leave orders for you at the front door (Av. Guillermo Prescott 256). They cannot enter the building.
6. Noise: Avoid loud meetings, loud laughs or outrageous games, especially in the evening or weekdays.
