Die Gäste haben vollen Zugang zu dieser komplett eingerichteten luxuriösen Immobilie, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine/Trockner, Parkplatz für ein (1) Auto und vieles mehr.

Die Gäste müssen vollständig im Gebäude registriert sein. Besucher sind mit entsprechender Genehmigung erlaubt. Die Zimmer sind separat aufgeführt:
Quite hours after 11pm - we encourage our guests to leave your shoes by the door or please make sure they are cleaned before coming inside the apt.
Guest Registration:
As part of the condominium regulations, we are required to register all guests staying in the unit. Please provide the full names and copies of passports or valid Ids for all guests at least 72 hours before your arrival. You can share this information via Airbnb or directly with us.
Special Arrangements:
Let us know if you need the sofa bed in the office setup as a third bedroom so we can set it up . The master and guest bedrooms feature queen-sized beds for your comfort. Each room is equipped with a complimentary fan, but we encourage you to open the windows and enjoy the refreshing Medellín breeze.
Visitor Policy & Local Regulations:
If you plan to have visitors, please inform us in advance so we can notify the front desk, as per condominium policy. Additionally, Medellín has strict regulations to combat child exploitation, illegal substances, and prostitution. As a result, minors and sex workers are strictly prohibited from entering the building. Violating these rules would be a serious offense.
Housekeeping Services:
Your reservation includes a final cleaning service. If you require additional housekeeping during your stay, please inform Catalina at least 24 hours in advance. The service fee is Usd or Cop 0,000.
