Castres, with its Goya Museum and houses lining the Agout River, offers a pleasant cultural escape, while the abbeys of Dourgne add a unique spiritual and heritage dimension. Hiking, cycling and gentle countryside walks are also easily accessible thanks to the many paths crossing the surrounding area.

On the ground floor, the separate kitchen is functional and well equipped (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine). It opens onto a bright living area with a fireplace, combining a lounge with connected TV and a



dining space. Direct access to the outdoors makes it easy to enjoy life outside during fine weather. A separate WC completes this level.



Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a bathroom with a bathtub used as a shower, as well as a washing machine. Both bedrooms are located on the same landing:

- one bedroom with a 160x200 bed

- one bedroom with two 90x190 beds



Outside, the enclosed garden is a real asset, especially for families. The terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a parasol, is perfect for outdoor meals, reading or relaxing moments. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
