In einem weitläufigen Olivenhain, der sich zum Meer neigt, liegt der aus einer Handvoll Häuser bestehende Weiler Acqua Bianca in Marina di Pisciotta.
Auf einem ca. 2.000 qm großen Grundstück gelegen und nur 30 m von der Steilküste entfernt, verbindet hier das kleine, gemütliche Ferienhaus Casa Granata, das nach dem an der Terrasse stehenden Granatapfelbaum benannt wurde, die Reize des Cilento in idealer Weise: das Meer und die Berge. Mit Blick auf das weite Meer können Sie die Seele baumeln lassen.
Im Erdgeschoss des Ferienhauses finden sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine Wohnküche, die u.a. mit Sofa, Essgruppe und TV ausgestattet ist, und ein Bad. In der über eine Außentreppe erreichbaren Mansarde befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Bad.
Von der Wohnküche haben Sie Zugang zur ca. 20 qm großen, überdachten Terrasse mit Rundbögen. Hier können Sie die landschaftliche Idylle in vollen Zügen genießen.
Ihr Auto parken Sie auf dem Grundstück direkt am Haus.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Bitte lassen Sie Ihre Kinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt an der Steilküste spielen. Die Steilküste vor dem Haus bietet keinen Zugang zum Meer!
Der Ortskern von Marina di Pisciotta mit Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bar und Restaurants liegt ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Entlang der Straße können Sie diesen zu Fuß erreichen.

In a rambling olive grove, which slopes towards the sea, and not far from Marina di Pisciotta, lies the hamlet of Acqua Bianca with its handful of houses.
On a ca. 2,000 m² property and only 30 m from the steep coast, small, cozy holiday home Casa Granata, which is named for the pomegranate tree next to the terrace, combines the charms of the Cilento: the sea and the mountains. It is easy to unwind and set your mind free, while your gaze roams over the wide open sea.
The ground floor of the holiday home includes a live-and-eat-in kitchen (incl. gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave) with access of the terrace, a bedroom with double bed as well as a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet). An external staircase runs up to the attic room, i.e. a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom (shower/WC/bidet).
The approx. 20 m² roofed terrace with round arches is the perfect place to relax and let the idyllic landscape work its magic.
Casa Granata features WiFi (but not suitable for telework), TV and washing machine; a children's bed can be provided. Parking is available on the premises, next to the house.
IMPORTANT: Casa Granata is located close to the steep coast, which is important to keep in mind in case you are traveling with (younger) children. What you should also be aware of is that from the nearby steep coast there is no way down to the sea.
Holiday home Casa Granata is approx. 1.5 km from the center of Marina di Pisciotta with grocery store, bar and restaurants. You can, of course, take the car to get there, but if you are in the mood to do so, you can also take a walk there along the road.
