Nature lovers will appreciate the coastal path between Banyuls and Cerbère, offering spectacular sea views, or the underwater trail for exploring the marine reserve by diving or snorkeling. Collioure and Port-Vendres, both nearby, complete this authentic picture.

The villa comprises an air-conditioned living area with a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen: a 3-burner ceramic hob, kettle, filter coffee makers, and a Nespresso machine. A superb veranda opens onto a furnished balcony with exceptional views of Cap Béar, perfect for un



forgettable breakfasts. You also have a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, as well as three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a fan:
