Created by the owner and her father, this cozy and cleverly designed 16.50m² (177 sq ft) cocoon combines charm and functionality. Three steps lead to the main room (13.50m² / 148 sq ft), which is equipped with reversible air conditioning. It includes a fully equipped kitchen for preparing homemade meals, a dining area, and a relaxation space with a sofa bed (sleeps two, 140x190cm / 55x76in) and a TV. Two cabin-style mezzanines (1.20m high), accessible by ladders (one without a handrail or safety railing), each offer a 140x190cm bed, perfect for sleeping high up and dreaming under the stars, at the occupants' own risk, should they choose to spend the night there. m² bathroom adjoins the kitchen, equipped with a shower cubicle with jets, a sink, and a macerating toilet.



For the pleasure of outdoor living, enjoy the terrace opening onto a large, private, enclosed garden: garden furniture, deck chairs, a barbecue, and panoramic mountain views! An outbuilding houses two mountain bikes available for guests' use. Two herb gardens invite you to cook delicious meals. Vehicles can be parked on the property.



The grounds are bordered by a meadow where the owners' horses graze; the owners live nearby. The presence of an unfenced pond adds to the rustic charm of the location.



Boudrac is located in the heart of the Comminges region, at the crossroads of the Haute-Garonne and Hautes-Pyrénées departments.
