Between its preserved authenticity, exceptional panoramic views of the endless fields, and welcoming amenities, this unique place – named after the owner's grandparents – promises a rare immersion in the gentle Occitan way of life.

Completely and meticulously renovated by Fabien, a passionate farmer and heir to this family property, this gîte for 6 people harmoniously blends old-world charm with modern comfort. The soul of the place has been preserved through magnificent period features, such as an old cow trough and a grape press, authentic reminders of the Lauragais region's agricultural past.

Outside, everything is designed to help you savor the art of living in Southwest France: an above-ground pool to cool off, a covered terrace ideal for meals in any season, and not one but two pétanque courts for friendly games in a truly local atmosphere. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and cleaning products.

Ground floor: living room (open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge), separate WC. First floor: 3 bedrooms (each with two single beds, 90x200cm, which can be joined together), shower room, WC. Reversible air conditioning in the living room, electric heating and fans in the bedrooms.
