Just 30 minutes from Toulouse, on the road to Albi and in the heart of the Pastel region, La Bergère du Tarn enjoys an ideal location for exploring the Pays de Cocagne, the Gaillac vineyards, and the treasures of the Tarn. Easily accessible thanks to a motorway interchange less than 5 minutes away, this gîte combines tranquility, wide open spaces, and proximity to the main tourist attractions between Toulouse and Albi.



Adjoining the owner's house, this independent gîte accommodates 2 to 8 people in a verdant setting. You will enjoy a vast 9,000 m² park planted with centuries-old oak trees and fruit trees, offering plenty of shady spots to relax.



On the ground floor, the gîte includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, induction hob, coffee maker, and more, as well as a welcoming living room with a dining area and a lounge area with a television and fireplace. Firewood is provided depending on the weather conditions during your stay. A separate toilet completes this level.



Upstairs, you have three of the four bedrooms in the cottage at your disposal. The fourth bedroom remains closed, depending on the size of your group (it can be opened upon request):



- Blue Room with a 160x200cm double bed

- Oriental Room with a 160x200cm double bed

- Room with three 90x190cm single beds

- Dormitory-style room with four 90x190cm single beds, two of which are bunk beds

The upper floor also includes three bathrooms with toilets.



Outside, meals can be enjoyed on the terraces or under the large trees in the park. You will have access to a private, secure 9 x 4 m saltwater swimming pool with sun loungers, a gas barbecue, and a ping-pong table. The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September.



Bed linen and towels are provided. Just remember to bring your pool towels. End-of-stay cleaning is included, provided the cottage is returned in good condition.
