This traditional house, dating from the late 1960s, has been completely renovated in a minimalist style inspired by Haussmannian elegance. With 85 m² of living space, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers a warm, bright, and peaceful setting. Its high-end furnishings and meticulous decor create a chic and refined atmosphere. Located in the heart of Garidech, a village with all amenities, it enjoys an ideal location near the A68 motorway towards Albi and just 30 minutes from the historic center of Toulouse. It is suitable for both leisure and business trips. Hiking enthusiasts can also take advantage of the GR® Conques-Toulouse long-distance footpath, which passes just 3 km away in Montastruc-la-Conseillère.

The house features a fully equipped, separate kitchen, a welcoming dining room, and a bright living room. Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a dressing room. For families with babies, a travel cot and a high chair are provided free of charge.



The bathroom includes a shower, a double vanity, and a heated towel rail. The toilet is separate. To enhance your stay, you will also benefit from high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen smart TV. Double-glazed windows, wooden shutters, and curtains help to maintain the peace and comfort of the house.

You will find everything you need to prepare your meals on-site: induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as crockery and cooking utensils.
