Hostal La Ermita Merida is a beautiful XIX century house recently renewed. It is located in the heart of one of the two oldest neighborhoods of Merida Down town.
In Merida you can go to visit the Maya Museum, the Anthropological museum, Merida's Cathedral, the Bandera Monument. In the beautiful Historical Center you will see the old city hall.
The most important archaeological centers and naturalistic areas located in the nearby of Merida are Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Dzibilchaltún, the Puc street, Cacao museum, the Loltun Caves, the Calcehtok caves, the street of Izamal Monastery, the Natural Reserve of the Biosphere in Celestun (where you can find more than 450 sinkholes).
It has six spacious rooms with two, three and four bunk beds. Each rooms has two private bathrooms with soap and shampoo available, a ceiling fan and mosquito nets on every window. We also have towels, cleaning room service and Free WiFi always available.
The Hostel has an outdoor nice swimming pool and a large garden surrounded by trees.
For what is more, we have an entertaining area with a pool table, a tourist information office and, we offer a continental breakfast every morning. DUE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) WE ARE NOT SERVING BREAKFAST
We have a 24 hrs reception but you may find the main doors closed at midnight. In this case, you only have to ring the bell and the night staff will open the door for you. DUE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) this property has reduced reception and service operating hours FROM 9AM TO 10 PM
