At the foot of Cordes-sur-Ciel, one of the most beautiful medieval gems of the Tarn region, you'll enjoy a rare setting where heritage and nature blend harmoniously. From the grounds of Maison d'Augustin, the town's silhouette rises above the Cérou Valley, lending your holiday a unique atmosphere. The hamlet of Labarthe-Bleys offers a peaceful environment, ideal for exploring the cobbled streets of Cordes, its artisans, and its renowned viewpoints. This part of the Tarn, often compared to Tuscany for its wooded hills and serene landscapes, invites relaxation as much as cultural visits.



Maison d'Augustin is attached to the owners' château but benefits from a completely independent entrance and a private enclosed garden. The grounds, planted with cypress trees and laid out in the Italian style, feature a beautifully integrated swimming pool, where you can enjoy moments of tranquility after your explorations. To enhance your stay, ping-pong and bicycles are available.



On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming dining room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with ease (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher). The living room, with its fireplace, comfortable armchairs, and television, is ideal for cozy evenings.



Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC, designed for comfort and tranquility:

• Bedroom 2: one double bed (150x190 cm)



The swimming pool measures 12x4.5 m, with a gradual depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 m. The cottage has oil-fired central heating.

For your convenience, bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
