Located within downtown Toronto, this student co-op lends rooms out to the public throughout the summer as a hotel/hostel. The hotel is an 8 minutes' walk from both the Dundas and College TTC subway stations.

Neill-Wycik Hotel offers private rooms with shared washrooms and a kitchen area. The kitchen area includes a refrigerator, freezer, and stove. Cutlery, drinkware, plates, pots, and pans are not available. Rooms include linens, a small towel and a bar of soap. Daily housekeeping is available. The property also has 24/7 security and front desk staff.

A five-item continental breakfast is served daily in the cafeÌ from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Additional breakfast items can be purchased.

Roof decks are located on the 4th, 5th, and 23rd floors and offer views of the city and nearby gardens. Lounge areas include the ground floor Cafe and 22nd floor Hanke Lounge.

Neill-Wycik Hotel is within walking distance from many downtown Toronto attractions: Allan Gardens is a 4 minute walk, The Eaton Center is an 8 minute walk, and Union station is a 20 minute walk away.

Please note that this property is not equipped with Air Conditioning. Guests will be provided a fan in each room.

Cancellation policy: 48 hours prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night of your stay will be charged.

Check-in from 4:00 PM.
Check-out by 11:00 AM.

A credit card is required on file, but debit cards are accepted for payment upon arrival.

Guests must provide a proper physical government-issued ID. Passports and driver's licenses are accepted. No pictures or photocopies of the ID.

Breakfast is included and is continentalâ€"guests may choose five items from the cafeÌ.
