Inmitten von Zitronen-, Feigen-, Oliven-, Mirabellen- und Mandarinenbäumen liegt das Villino Troccoli mit den Ferienwohnungen Morena, Morenita und Alice, die jeweils über einen eigenen Außenbereich verfügen.
Die malerische Sandstrandbucht Calanca ist nur 400 m entfernt und nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreicht. Auch zur quirligen Hafenpromenade und zur darüber liegenden Piazza San Domenico gehen Sie nur wenige Schritte durch die pittoresken Gassen von Marina di Camerota.
FERIENWOHNUNG ALICE IM OBERGESCHOSS
Die stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung Alice für 4 Personen befindet sich in der 1. Etage (mit Dachschräge). Zu Alice gehört ein großer, sich über die gesamte Hausbreite ziehender, überdachter Balkon mit gemauertem Grill. Von dem etwas größeren der zwei Doppelschlafzimmer hat man direkten Zugang zum möblierten Balkon, ebenso vom Wohnbereich. Im Wohnbereich finden Sie u.a. eine Essgruppe sowie eine Küchenzeile. Im Bad befinden sich sowohl Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung als auch Duschkabine.
Die Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion. Ihren Pkw können Sie neben dem Haus auf dem umzäunten Gelände parken.

Die Vollholzmöbel in Morenita und Alice sind eine gelungene Ergänzung zu den teils antiken Schränken. Das Thema Meer spiegelt sich hingegen in Morena wider. Deckenbalken, Terrakotta- und Holzböden sowie unzählig bunt blühende Pflanzen sorgen für eine warme Atmosphäre im und um das Haus.

Picturesque sandy beach bay Calanca is a mere 400 m walk off. A short stroll through the picturesque alleys of Marina di Camerota takes you to the lively harbor promenade and to piazza San Domenico.
HOLIDAY APARTMENT ALICE ON THE 1st FLOOR
Alice is a tastefully furnished apartment for up to 4 persons on the 1st floor (with roof incline). It includes a living area with sofa, dining furniture and kitchen unit (incl. gas stove, refrigerator, microwave), two bedrooms (double bed each) and a bathroom (bathtub and shower).
One of the bedrooms as well as the living area open onto the apartment's large, roofed balcony, which runs the width of the house and where you find outdoor furniture and a masonry grill at your disposal.
Apartment Alice also features: TV, WiFi, air conditioning with heating device (extra charge), washing machine. Parking is available next to the house on the fenced property.
