In the heart of the Arcachon Basin, within the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, in the town of Le Teich, the Airial du Résinier welcomes you for your holidays in a unique and exceptionally well-preserved natural environment, perfect for relaxation. This location is ideal for discovering all the treasures of our beautiful region: Arcachon, its beaches, its Winter Town, the oyster ports of Gujan-Mestras, the Teich bird sanctuary, the Dune du Pilat, and much more.

Our completely independent cottage, with a living area boasting triple east-south-west exposure, is situated in the heart of a one-hectare airial, unique in the region, surrounded by pine trees; it features a terrace and an adjoining fenced garden. Completely renovated, this cottage offers a beautiful, spacious living area, bright year-round thanks to its six generous windows (four standard windows and two French doors). It includes a kitchen area, dining area, lounge (with board games), television, and a fireplace insert. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm), and a shower room/WC. The cottage has electric heating and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Bed linen, towels, and household linen are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Fermob outdoor furniture and two sun loungers are provided for your comfort. The lounge features a fireplace insert, perfect for cozy evenings during the autumn and winter months, and a variety of board games are available for sharing fun moments with children. Check-in and key collection are scheduled between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM, but some flexibility is possible.
