In der Villa Belvedere für bis zu 3 Personen erwartet Sie ein herrliches Panorama über die Cilento-Landschaft. Das tiefblaue Meer liegt zu Füßen des Grundstücks und die weiten Sandstrände von Acciaroli sind nur ca. 2 km entfernt.



Der mit mediterranen Pflanzen angelegte Garten ist gepflegt, die ca. 20 qm große Terrasse vor dem Haus lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen, Faulenzen und Genießen ein.



LANDHAUS-STIL

Das Innere der Villa Belvedere steht dem ansprechenden Äußeren in nichts nach. Besonderen Wert haben die Eigentümer darauf gelegt, dass die Einrichtung in sich stimmig ist, und die Villa mit Möbeln im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Diese schaffen in den Zimmern ein behagliches Ambiente.



Von der Terrasse gelangen Sie in die großzügige, helle und freundliche Wohnküche mit Einbauküche, Essbereich und Sofaecke.



Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das Einzelzimmer strahlen gemütliche Wärme aus. Das Bad ist u.a. mit Waschmaschine ausgestattet.



Ihr Auto können Sie auf dem Gelände des Ferienhauses parken.



BADE-UND WANDERURLAUB

Kombinieren Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts in Acciaroli Bade- und Wanderurlaub. Ab der Villa Belvedere können Sie herrliche Wanderungen in das Hinterland unternehmen, z.B. in das mittelalterliche Dorf San Mauro Cilento. Die dort ansässige Cooperativa Nuovo Cilento stellt bestes Olivenöl her. Im dazugehörigen Lokal können Sie typisch cilentanisch zu Mittag essen.

The elegant-rustic look of the house is based on its architectural design: It was built of quarry stone and modeled on the old "casali" in the Cilento area.



When vacationing at Villa Belvedere, you get to enjoy a wonderful panorama of the Cilento landscape. The deep blue sea lies at the feet of the property, the wide sandy beaches of Acciaroli are only ca. 2 km off.



The garden with Mediterranean plants is well-tended, the 20 m² terrace in front of the house is a wonderful spot for dining out in the open, simply unwinding and relaxing.



COUNTRY HOUSE STYLE

The holiday home for up to 3 persons is appealing, both inside and out. The owners set great store by creating a harmonious atmosphere. The country house style furnishing they have decided on provides for a cozy atmosphere in the rooms.



Villa Belvedere includes a bright and friendly kitchen-dining-living room, which is accessible from the terrace, two bedrooms (double bed; single bed), which radiate a cozy and warm atmosphere, and one bathroom (shower/WC/bidet).



The holiday home features SAT-TV, WiFi, air conditioning (with heating device) and washing machine; a children's bed can be provided.

Parking is available on the premises.



BEACH AND HIKING HOLIDAYS

While vacationing at Acciaroli, you are sure to enjoy swimming in the sea and relaxing at the beach, but you might also want to discover the surrounding area on foot. From Villa Belvedere, you can start on wonderful hiking tours into the hinterland, e.g. to the medieval village of San Mauro Cilento. The local Cooperativa Nuovo Cilento produces top-quality olive oil. If you want to, you can enjoy a typical Cilentan lunch at its restaurant.
