Welcome to the Girondine Nord Estuaire!

Ideally located on the north bank of the Gironde estuary, between countryside, village, and forest, our property is halfway between the metropolis of Bordeaux, a city of art and history listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the citadels of Bourg and Blaye, nestled on the banks of the estuary.

We are delighted to welcome you to this authentic Girondine house, fully restored by us. From this family heritage, we wanted to create a pleasant living space, ideal for sharing wonderful moments with family or friends.

The house, adjoining another home and outbuildings, features a large garden with garden furniture and barbecue, a private above-ground swimming pool (dimensions 7.32mx3.60m, depth 1.30m), parking, and a carport with electric vehicle charging. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall with a fireplace, a large kitchen with a dining room, a TV lounge, an office, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: two bedrooms eac



h with a 140x190 cm bed, one bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, and one bedroom with a 90x190 cm trundle bed, a mezzanine bed with a 90x200 cm bed, and two additional beds. A shower room and a bathroom with a traditional bathtub and toilet complete this level.

The rental price includes electric heating. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available (optional paid services).
