Von der großen Dachterrasse der liebevoll gestalteten Villetta Le Gemelle haben Sie einen einzigartigen Blick auf das Meer und auf Marina di Camerota.
Auf der circa 12 m² großen überdachten und möblierten Terrasse vor dem Haus können Sie hingegen mediterrane Spezialitäten genießen oder auf der Hollywoodschaukel entspannen. Drum herum versprüht ein mit Palmen und Kakteen bewachsener Garten süditalienisches Flair.

An der durchweg geschmackvollen Einrichtung der nach den Zwillingstöchtern der Eigentümerin ("le gemelle", Dt.: die Zwillinge) benannten Villetta erkennt man, dass die Eigentümerin hier lange mit ihrer Familie gewohnt hat.
Eingangs findet sich das große Wohn-/Esszimmer. Helle Möbel und die farbige Gestaltung der Wände sorgen für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Durch eine Theke vom Wohn-/Essbereich abgetrennt ist die kleine Küche. Des Weiteren gibt es in der Villetta ein Bad sowie 2 Schlafzimmer, von denen eines mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet ist.
Ihr Auto können Sie auf dem umzäunten Grundstück parken.
DIE UMGEBUNG DER VILLETTA LE GEMELLE
Die Sandstrandbucht Capo Grosso erreichen Sie fußläufig nach 800 m. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale finden Sie etwa 1 km entfernt, am Ortseingang der Marina. Ebenso finden Sie dort die Bäckerei Consentino, in der Sie i.d.R. täglich frisches Brot kaufen können.
Wenn Sie die Villetta Le Gemelle im Monat August besuchen möchten, beachten Sie bitte, dass es im gesamten Ortsgebiet bis in die Abendstunden mitunter sehr lebhaft zugehen kann. Außerhalb der Hochsaison bietet sich das Quartier jedoch in idealer Weise für eine Entdeckungsreise durch den Cilento an.

From the large roof terrace of lovingly designed Villetta le Gemelle, you have got a unique view of the sea and of Marina di Camerota. On the roofed and furnished terrace (ca. 12 m²) in front of the house, you can enjoy Mediterranean specialties or take it easy on the garden swing. A wonderful garden planted with palms and cacti radiates southern Italian atmosphere.
AUTHENTIC AND INDIVIDUAL
The tasteful furnishing of Villetta Le Gemelle, named for the owner's twin daughters (le gemelle: the twins), shows that the owner and her family called this place home for a long time.
You enter the holiday home into the large living-dining room, where light-colored furniture and the walls' coloring create a cozy atmosphere. Separated by a bar from the living-dining area lies the small kitchen (incl. gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment). The holiday home has got 2 bedrooms (double bed; twin beds) and one bathroom (shower/bathtub/WC/bidet).
Furnishing also includes: washing machine, WiFi, TV, central heating (extra charge), air conditioning (extra charge) in the bedroom with double bed, fly screens in the windows. A children's bed can be provided upon request. Parking is available on the fenced premises.
SURROUNDINGS OF VILLETTA LE GEMELLE
The sandy beach bay of Capo Grosso is at a walking distance of 800 m. The nearest shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are found ca. 1 km off, at the entrance to Marina. At bakery Consentino, which is also found there, you can buy fresh bread, in general every day.
Should you consider vacationing at Villetta Le Gemelle in August, please mind that at that time the whole town is a very lively place and a lot may be going on until late in the evening. Outside high season, the holiday home is a very conveniently located starting point for a discovery tour of the Cilento.
